The Close Reach Communications AttendeeTouch System is a suite of communication tools and services that conference and event organizers use to improve communication with attendees, staff, volunteers, presenters and vendors. Conference and event organizers choose the channels of mobile, two-way communication based on their objectives. From digital downloads available on attendees’ cell phones to a variety of direct messaging channels, AttendeeTouch lets conference organizers guide conversations and facilitate communities during the conference to create a dynamic, memorable customer experience.

The technology consists of an extensive online server application coupled with a cross platform/cross device mobile application that may either be downloaded or accessed wirelessly from each attendee's cellphone.  If attendees are using cell phones that can send or receive a text message, they should be able to take advantage of the service. The latest smart phones and older generation mobile phones can both benefit from AttendeeTouch.

Conference and event organizers who use AttendeeTouch are provided with a unique, secure login to their event's dashboard and list of attendees who have opted-in for targeted communications, mobile conference guide, and other services. From this login, clients may monitor participant signup, create and manage groups, preview the specific conference guide for their events, and create and send messages to selected groups. After the event has concluded, all of the data sent between the groups can be downloaded for analysis and future marketing.
